Certificates of completion for statutory courses must be submitted to the DRE by mail with the required DRE forms.  All Department of Real Estate license renewal requirements can be submitted to the DRE by mail or online.

RE 435 - Application for examination and license
RE 205 - Citizenship or alien status
RE 237 - Fingerprint operator service

18-month Conditional Licensees: (Mail Only)

RE 221 - Statutory Course Transcript Submittal

Sales Agent Renewal:

RE 209 - Salesperson Renewal Application
RE 251 - Continuing Education Course Verification

Broker Licensing: (Mail Only)

RE 400B - Broker Examination Application
